+Pesto is an ingredient in the [[FARMING|FARMING]] Add-On, released in the Italian Update. It is a sauce made using oil, pine nuts, and basil.

+## **Functionality**
+Pesto restores 2.5 hunger points and provides 1.5 saturation when eaten.
+
+Pesto is used in the following recipes:

+## **Interaction**
+Pesto is crafted using a Crafting Table. The ingredients must be placed in a specific pattern for the recipe to work.

+## **Obtaining**
+
+#### Recipe 1
+Pesto can be crafted using 1 × [[Wheat Oil|Wheat Oil]], 2 × [[Pine Nut|Pine Nut]], and 1 × [[Basil|Basil]]. In the Crafting Table, place the Wheat Oil in the top-left slot, one Pine Nut in the top-middle slot, the second Pine Nut in the middle-left slot, and the Basil in the centre slot.
