+**Mysterious Seeds** are a special item added by the [[Gardening|Gardening]] Add-On. They can grow into a wide variety of [[:Category:Gardening: Plants|plants]] and [[:Category:Gardening: Flowers|flowers]] depending on where they are planted, making them a unique and versatile way to expand your garden.

+## Obtaining

+### Brushing
+Use a **[brush](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Brush)** on [grass blocks](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Grass_Block) to obtain Mysterious Seeds.
+
+### Moles
+**[[Mole|Moles]]** have a **33% chance** to drop Mysterious Seeds when they unbury themselves. When doing so, they also convert the block they dug into **[coarse dirt](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Coarse_Dirt)** if the <code>mobGriefing</code> [gamerule](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Game_rule#mobGriefing) is enabled.

+## Usage

+### Planting
+Mysterious Seeds can be planted on different block types, and the outcome depends on the block:
+
+- **[Grass](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Grass_Block) or [Dirt](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Dirt)**: grows into a random plant such as flowers, saplings, or other vegetation.
+- **[Farmland](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Farmland)**: grows into a random crop.
+
+### Growth
+
+- Once planted, the seed will grow over time into a random [[:Category:Gardening: Plants|plant]], [[:Category:Gardening: Flowers|flower]] or [crop](https://minecraft.wiki/w/Crops).

+- Serves as a renewable source for a wide variety of plants without needing to travel across multiple biomes.
