The Thermal Generator is the most early game Generator in the Machines Add-on.

The Thermal Generator is crafted in 3x3 grid by placing 2 Iron Gears in the top two corners, 2 Sturdy Frames in the bottom two corners, 1 Ignition Powder in the middle, 1 Logic Circuit in the top centre, 1 Cauldron in the bottom centre, and two Steam Engines in the remaining two slots,

usage
Power Production
The Thermal Generator produces power by consuming lava. 15 Milibuckets (mB) are used to produce 30 Power Units (p) per second.
A Pump is used alongside the Thermal Generator to provide a continuous supply of lava.
