To grill meat, fuel a grill up using coal, ignite it with a Flint and Steel and then put the meat on to the grill. To cook your chicken in the oven, you'll need to craft one and place it in there. And with a stove, you'll need a pan to cook your chicken on top of.

To make Raw Honey Mustard Turkey, add a piece of Raw Turkey into a Crafting Table, along with your Honey and a Mustard Bottle.

Cooked Honey Mustard Turkey
