Loamy Sand is a natural block added by the Gardening Add-On. It generates in deserts and provides a unique way to grow flowers in otherwise barren landscapes.
Generation
- Loamy Sand generates in patches within desert biomes.
- Unlike regular sand, it contains enough nutrients to support the growth of flowers.
- Brings color and life to deserts by allowing plants to spawn in these otherwise harsh environments.

Obtaining
Natural Generation
Loamy Sand can be mined directly where it generates in desert patches.
Smelting
Loamy Sand can be smelted in a furnace to produce bricks, providing an additional renewable source of bricks besides clay.
