Spice Mill is a utility item in the FARMING Add-On, released in the Italian Update. It is used to season plated food with different spices to improve hunger restoration.
Functionality
Spice Mills can be used to improve food by seasoning meals placed on plates. Players can interact with plated food using a Spice Mill to add seasoning. Using the correct amount of spice will increase the amount of hunger restored by the food, while adding too much spice will reduce the hunger restored instead.
The following Spice Mill variants exist:
- Chili Spice Mill
- Garlic Spice Mill
- Ginger Spice Mill
- Mustard Spice Mill
- Onion Spice Mill
- Pepper Spice Mill
- Salt Spice Mill
Spice Mills can also be placed on the ground by sneaking while placing them. Up to two Spice Mills can be placed on the same block.
Interaction
To create a flavoured Spice Mill, players must first craft an Empty Spice Mill before combining it with the desired spice ingredient in the Crafting Table.
Obtaining
An Empty Spice Mill can be crafted using 2 × Iron Ingot and 1 × Glass Block. In the Crafting Table, place an Iron Ingot in the top-left slot, the Glass Block in the middle-left slot, and the second Iron Ingot in the bottom-left slot. This recipe crafts 1 × Spice Mill.
