The fuel refinery is used to make fuel for diesel trains. It can be filled with bones, coal, charcoal, or dried kelp. Once full a bucket can be used to grab a bucket of fuel.

To craft place a Fuel Tank in the bottom center, with a line of three Iron Ingots vertically on both the left and right columns.
