Tanker

The tanker is a heavy liquid transport vessel in the BOATS Add On. It is built to carry large amounts of fluid safely across long distances and is the main choice for hauling water, lava, or supported liquids from other Podcrash Add Ons such as FARMING, TRAINS and MACHINES. It carries one player and brings powerful stability to any large scale fluid operation.

Functionality

The tanker is engine powered and must be filled with Marine Fuel before it can move. It holds up to 5 buckets of liquid inside its built in fluid tank. You can insert or retrieve fluids by interacting with buckets or bottles, and it keeps its stored Marine Fuel and liquid when picked up. It turns only while in motion and follows normal control inputs.

Interaction

Interact with the tanker to board it and use the sneak input to exit. Punch once to begin the shaking state and punch again during the shake to store it while saving its Marine Fuel and fluids. Interact while holding Marine Fuel to refuel. Interact while holding a filled bucket or bottle to insert liquid, and while holding an empty container to retrieve liquid. You can also recolor the vessel by interacting with any dye.

The tanker can be loaded and unloaded using a fluid crane for efficient dockside transfer.

Crafting

Place a steering wheel in the top left with a fluid tank in the top middle and a reinforced iron block in the top right. Put reinforced iron blocks across the entire middle row. Then place a propeller on the left of two more reinforced iron blocks in the bottom row. Crafts one tanker.
