Longboat

The longboat is a historic wooden vessel in the BOATS Add On. Inspired by traditional Viking craft, it is shaped for swift travel through shallow waters and coastal routes. It carries up to two players and brings a classic raiding and exploration feel to any ocean or river journey.

Functionality

The longboat does not use an engine and does not require Marine Fuel. While riding, you can fold or unfold its sail to change how it handles. Opening the sail returns it to full speed, while folding it slows the vessel. Both players can paddle, though the player in the controlling seat has stronger influence over direction. The boat follows normal movement controls.

Interaction

Interact with the longboat to board it and use the sneak input to exit. While seated, interact again to open or close the sail. Punch once to begin the shaking state and punch again during the shake to store it. Interact while holding any dye to recolor the vessel.
