Mysterious Seeds

Mysterious Seeds are a special item added by the Gardening Add-On. They can grow into a wide variety of plants and flowers depending on where they are planted, making them a unique and versatile way to expand your garden.

Obtaining

Brushing

Use a brush on grass blocks to obtain Mysterious Seeds.

Moles

Moles have a 33% chance to drop Mysterious Seeds when they unbury themselves. When doing so, they also convert the block they dug into coarse dirt if the mobGriefing gamerule is enabled.

Usage

Planting

Mysterious Seeds can be planted on different block types, and the outcome depends on the block:

• Grass or Dirt: grows into a random plant such as flowers, saplings, or other vegetation.
• Farmland: grows into a random crop.

Growth

• Once planted, the seed will grow over time into a random plant, flower or crop.

• Serves as a renewable source for a wide variety of plants without needing to travel across multiple biomes.
