Construction Scaffold

Construction Scaffold is a temporary support block introduced in the Urban Update. It is automatically placed by drilling engines to hold tunnel walls, fill gaps, and stabilize freshly mined spaces during tunnel construction.

Functionality

The block breaks instantly, does not drop itself, and exists primarily as a helper block during drilling operations. It is meant to be replaced by permanent building materials. Players can interact with a construction scaffold block to immediately swap it with another block they are holding, making cleanup fast and convenient.

Interaction

Players can remove Construction Scaffold instantly or interact with it while holding a block to replace it. drilling engines will generate scaffold automatically whenever the tunnel-boring process requires it.

Obtaining

Construction Scaffold is created automatically by a drilling attachment. Alternatively it can be crafted by placing yellow dye in the top left and bottom right, with iron nuggets in the top right and bottom left. Crafts thirty-two Construction Scaffold.
