Excavation Blocks

Excavation Blocks are special blocks in the Archaeology Add-On that players can chisel or brush to uncover hidden items, including bones, pottery and talisman shards. They serve as the main way to start the process of discovery, with each block type offering different possible drops.

Obtaining

Excavation Blocks generate naturally throughout the world, often near ruins, temples, or custom structures. These blocks cannot be crafted or placed by players.

Usage

Chiseling & Brushing

Excavation Blocks can be interacted with using either the Chisel or the Brush. They can reveal a wide variety of items, including:

• Bones
• Pottery
• Talisman shards
